Key Account Recruitment Consultant
£18,000-£22,000 + uncapped bonus

Our key account recruitment consultants are the face of Randstad to large prospects and clients, you will be responsible for winning and developing high volume accounts. One of the highlights of the role is that buzz you get when you can see all your challenging sales and development activity come to fruition. There is no greater feeling that finding jobs for people and candidates for clients.

It is hard work, but so much fun!

We are looking for an experienced recruitment or business to business sales professional to join our busy high street office

You will be:
- Making and receiving sales calls
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Managing a varied and challenging work load

Skills:
- Previous sales experience essential
- Must have client management experience (telephone and face-to-face)
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Good writing ability and verbal communication skills
