A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Home Manager for a 27 bed Nursing Home in Nottingham providing care for the elderly within a Nursing Home setting.

Experience within a similar role is essential as a strong leader whom is assertive is essential to succeed in this role. The home is fully staffed, occupancy is good and admissions are regular but it needs constant marketing to maintain acceptable levels.

You will be responsible for filling beds and to take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the nursing home and the general well-being of residents and Staff Members.
To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.

You must hold a relevant Nursing qualification, 2 years managerial experience, and hold either the Registered Managers Award or equivalent care management qualification (NVQ 4).
