Overview
An experienced Tenancy Services Officer is required for this 3 month contract based in a Housing Association in Leicestershire, for £12 to £13 per hour. An excellent opportunity if you have experience of working in a neighbourhood housing team.

Main duties
In your role as Tenancy Services Officer role you will be responsible for:

*Providing housing advice and assistance to the public on a range of housing issues including repairs, allocations, voids, rents and rent arrears
*Managing a patch of properties
*ASB
*Sign Ups

Key skills
To qualify for this role as Tenancy Services Officer, you will need the following skills:

*Experience of working in a neighbourhood housing team
*Estate Management experience
*Customer service skills
