Job Description
Do you have previous experience in Recruitment or Door to Door Sales and are looking for your next challenge? If so this could be just the role for you....
Working for a leading financial services organisation, and one of Liverpool's largest employers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to all existing customers.
Your role will be working in the Outbound Sales Department, where you will be making calls to existing customers, with a view to promoting a variety of new products and services. You will need to be confident in building rapport with customers and have the skills to convince them that the call will be of benefit by either saving or making them money.
You must have a proven track record working within a sales environment, ideally with previous call centre experience. You must be highly motivated when working to targets, and most importantly, you will need to excel in building relationships with customers.
In return, our client will offer you a highly competitive salary (Basic £16,000), uncapped bonus scheme, in-house incentives, company benefits and excellent career progression.
The full time hours are 35 per week and are based on a two week rotational shift pattern:
Week 1 - Mon to Thurs 12pm - 8pm, Fri 12pm - 7pm
Week 2 - Mon to Thurs 12pm - 8pm, Sat 9am - 3.30pm
