We are seeking a passionate experienced Qualified Nursery Nurse who leads by example ensuring the highest standard of childcare within this nationally recognised organisation.
The successful candidate will lead a team by example by demonstrating excellent childcare skills and being a positive role model at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide clear direction, to individuals and teams, and direct the team visibly in a consistent and fair way whilst being approachable. You will be responsible to the Nursery Manager and provide support where required.
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in this type of role and illustrate a good knowledge of current legislation and the new Early Years Foundation Stage.
