Full Description:
Manage the entire process from receiving initial enquiries through to residents moving in, liaising with Social Services and/or other agencies as necessary and ensuring that prospective resident's care and support needs can be met either by Individual Support staff or other agencies who have guaranteed continued support.
The applicant will provide effective support and be of assistance to all residents equally, a friend and neighbour to all without imparting favour on any particular group or individual.
Other duties include daily contact visits, assessment visits, equipment testing and response to emergencies, to ensure that both teams compliment each other and deliver a seamless service to customers.
You will also monitor the day-to-day delivery of contracted services such as grounds maintenance and cleaning, liasing with the Sheltered Housing Maintenance Inspector / Responsive Repairs Team Leader, as necessary.
