In this role you would be taking inbound calls from our high value customers. Empathy and understanding are key in this role, as is the drive to make a difference.
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours a week. You would be working on a rotational shift pattern, between the hours of 10am - 10.30pm. This is a 24 hour contact centre, so working at the weekend will be required.
The salary starts at £14,000, and then rises to £15,500 after 6 months probation.
Training is for 7 weeks, and this will cover classroom based training and also on the job training. Training is also available throughout your career at Vodafone.
