P&D Marketing is now offering openings in our business development programme. You will be given the opportunity to learn various aspects of business from sales, marketing, and business development. We are the smile and the handshake between our clients and their customer base. We are looking to coach selected individuals from entry level openings.
What does this mean?
At this moment, we are looking for competitive, energetic, sports minded individuals. These candidates will be given an opportunity as entry level direct marketing representatives for the Merseyside area, with rapid personal and business advancement opportunities. Our business development program is designed to provide training to the right person in all aspects of marketing and team leadership as well as in corporate communication and business operation. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the managing director of a location: overseeing the marketing for a portfolio of clients and supervising a team of 10-20 independent account representatives.
