An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 talented Recovery Agents to work within a rapidly expanding busy debt recovery company working with a wide variety of clients.
DUTIES INCLUDE
Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
Negotiating and resolving payment terms
Working to individual and team targets
Maintaining and setting credit limits
SKILLS REQUIRED
Fantastic communication skills - written and spoken
Good IT skills (word and excel)
Ability to successfully ensure that all parties come to a satisfactory agreement
Excellent negotiator
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that reward their employees in return for their hard work and dedication. There is a monthly bonus payable and the possibility of a salary increase after three months probation is completed. Candidates will also be expected to work two late nights per week, however the normal working week is Monday to Friday with definitely no weekends required.
