lead on specific commissioning projects and participate in service redesign and demand management initiatives
ensure that all improvements and developments and collaborative, multidisciplinary, services according to an action plan
work on specific projects in relation to the commissioning area.
Provide support to service development initiatives undertaken by the commissioning team and maximise opportunities.
will communicate e.g funding decisions, cooperation required
will make formal presentations to a range of organisation and staff
NHS profession who is very conversant with framework implementation modules in line with procurment. The postholder will have knowledge and experience of commissioning services and will be able to demonstrate professional skills in management / contracting / commissioning and or procurement.
Regularly reviews / monitors financial information to ensure service areas are within guidlines and participate in cost effectiveness improvements.
you will undertake strategic planning to ensure services meet requiremnets and will be responsible for managing tender processes and contracting for a defined range of services.
participate in events, meetings, workshops and training events for implementation of the services area developments as required.
