Title: Contract Admin
Hourly Rate: £8 - £9.60 per hour
Salary: £17-20k upon permanent appointment

Location: Old Trafford, Trafford, Manchester
This role is initially a 3-4 month temporary position with a possible view to go permanent after this time.
The core role is to ensure all reactive calls are responded to within agreed response times and PPM visits are carried out as per maintenance schedules. To support the Contract Manager in the day to day management of the contract(s), ensuring all obligations are met in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as a point of contact for the client helpdesk
*Respond to calls and allocate jobs/tasks to engineers and subcontractors within specified response times.
*Ensure contract obligations and KPI's are met. Communicate any issues to management when necessary.
*To provide client with full update information, reports and feedback when required.
*Process engineers timesheets on the Fusion system and ensure all job paperwork is received in a timely manner.
*Ensure all are raised and purchase orders are entered in Fusion promptly and accurately.
*Keep organised and tidy filing systems ensuring statutory paperwork is easily retrievable.

The successful candidate is subject to general work instructions and direct supervision of progress and results. The successful candidate will work within standardised work practices and procedures. Likely to be able to demonstrate procedural/systematic proficiency that may involve competence in the use of specialised equipment.
