Title: Costing Admin
Hourly Rate: £8 - £9.60 per hour
Salary: £17-20k upon permanent appointment

This role is initially a 3-4 month temporary position with a possible view to go permanent after this time.
The core role is to manage and control the National Contracts work in progress and submit paperwork in readiness for invoicing to our national offices.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process engineers paperwork/supplier and sub contractor invoices and complete jobs on the Fusion system.
*Present jobs for a monthly submission to our clients and ensure all jobs are progressed in a timely manner.
*Interact with helpdesk/management to ensure all jobs are submitted for invoicing within target dates.
*Reduce aged jobs in our work in progress by ensuring we receive in all costs associated with our jobs.
*Run Fusion work in progress reports to manage and control aged work in progress
*Meet monthly with National Contract Manager to discuss any old jobs not yet invoiced.

The successful candidate is subject to general work instructions and direct supervision of progress and results. The successful candidate will work within standardised work practises and procedures. Likely to be able to demonstrate procedural/systematic proficiency that may involve competence in the use of specialised equipment.
