Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are currently recruiting for a number of call centre advisors for a leading financial organisation based on Wavertree Technology Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who have previous sales experience either within a call centre or door to door sales environment.
This role is vastly varied, so candidates will need to be confident and have a personality that stands out. Suitable candidates should have a proven track record in sales, as well as an excellent telephone manner and fantastic customer service skills.
Your role will involve contacting existing customers of the bank, talking to them about their needs and preferences, then discussing suitable products that match their needs.
All candidates will need to undertake a credit check and be able to provide proof of eligibilty to work and proof of address.
This position is due to start on 8th December, working Monday to Thursday 1700 - 2000 and Saturday 0930 - 1530For this you will receive an annual salary of £16,000 with OTE £25,000 (pro rata), plus excellent benefits and career opportunities.
