    We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to work within the busy fleet department of a major organisation. Within this role the ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring all health and safety and legal aspects of maintaining a road-worthy fleet of company vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are serviced, taxed and MOT’d at all times. You will also continually liaise and negotiate with suppliers to purchase fuel for all the depots. Other duties included arranging transfers, disposals, insuring vehicles, paying fines and congestion charges, authorising invoices, ordering fuel cards, arranging lease contracts, liaising with company car users, and maintaining the fleet database. This is a varied role which involves working to deadlines and within strict guidelines. Experience of a similar role would be a great advantage.
