An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Account Executive within a well respected broker, to develop existing accounts from an existing client base and also create new business for a growing company.
Responsibilities
Service existing clients
Provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding their insurance requirements
Liaise with insurance companies
Review the customers requirements and advise on the most appropriate insurance to meet their demands and needs
Cross selling to new and existing customers
Adhere to FSA regulations and requirements
Ensure bad debts are not incurred
Adhere to company procedures at all times
Skills Required
High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships

Communication skills - in person, over the telephone and written

Competent in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team
The candidate must have proven skills and experience of working with a commercial broker environment including being involved in a sales development role. Plus ideally
have achieved an Advanced Diploma in Insurance -ACII. Also the successful person must have use a of car and the willingness to travel to various clients and locations. (car allowance is payable)
