Query Resolution Exec – £16k plus bonus – Monday to Friday between 9am-5:30pm
My client, based in Newton-le-Willows, are looking for a Query Resolution Executive to support both their telesales and field sales staff. You will be speaking with customers on behalf of the sales teams, offering advice and resolving any issues.
Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience, preferably gained within a call centre environment.
In return, you will be offered a basic salary of £16k plus a performance related bonus of £100 per month after 3 month probationary period. Apply now for immediate interview.
