Helpdesk Advisor – Up to £17k plus bonus – Monday to Friday between 9am-5:30pm
Do you have excellent customer service skills?
My client, based in Newton-le-Willows, are looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to work in their technical department. You will be speaking with customers, verifying website information and dealing with any matters concerned.
Ideally, you will have previous experience, preferably from working within a technical base customer service role.
