You will possess at least 2 years experience of handling your own caseload of RTA files.
The ideal candidate will also be adapt at handling litigated cases.
Candidates will have a good working knowledge of Personal Injury/RTA litigation and be capable of running cases from instruction to settlement/trial. You should be able to assess liability and quantum on your own files and comply with rules and regulations.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000!!
