Highly prestigious Law Firm seek to recruit up to 5 First Response Claims advisors to join their highly successful and expanding team.
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide a high quality professional customer service response for new and existing clients to ensure maximum client retention and customer satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES:
To promote a high quality inbound First Notification of Loss service to customers ensuring that their claims are handled professionally and effectively.
To contact customers to set up personal injury claims if necessary and provide an empathetic professional service.
To communicate effectively with clients and manage relationships with them from the initial contact until authority to proceed has been received and passed on to the relevant Claims handler
To promote good working relationships with colleagues whilst being able to work independently and demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to all aspects of work
Skills required:
Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills· MS office with excellent typing and accuracy skills·
Customer service skills and ability to deliver excellent client care·
Ability to plan and organise work so that deadlines and agreed targets can be met· Proactive, practical and common sense approach to work with the ability to use and demonstrate initiative·
Insurance knowledge of motor insurance and claims process is desirable.
Proven track record of excellent Customer Service
Previous Call Centre experience·
