Job Role:
The post holder is responsible for the day to day managment of central heating teams, to ensure productivity and customer care targets are fully achieved.
The post holder will also be responsible for initial surveys, on site quality inspections, post installation quality checks, customer care issues and remedial work managment.
The post requires both a technical and commercial aptitude, managing around 3 - 4 installation teams, managing approx 750 installations & Surveys per annum.
Essential Requirments:
Must possess excellent man managment skills
Must be highly customer focused
Must be highly motivated and target driven
Excellent problem solver
Must be willing to travel within their allocated region and be organised
Must have ACS and CCN1 qualifications
