    If so, Randstad contact centre solutions are currently recruiting for a market-leading financial contact centre located in Wavertree Technology Park.

    Our client is offering full time hours between the hours of 11.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday, for experienced sales and service advisors.

    Suitable candidates should have previous sales experience in a contact centre or direct sales role, and should be able to demonstrate an ability to work to sales targets and deadlines.
    You should also have the ability to build a rapport with customers. Excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide customers with a great customer service experience.
