    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly succesful and developing firm to further your career in RTA Claims in a legal environment.

    This is an attractive position offering excellent future opportunities to develop and progress, and will see you initially assisting with RTA claims. You will be working within a small team of dynamic, friendly professionals and will enjoy joint-ownership of a large caseload consisting predominantly of fast track RTA claims.

    You will be responsible for opening the claim, exploring quantum and liability, liaising with clients, drafting letters and negotiating settlements when necessary. You will on occasion also be involved with the issuing of proceedings, and therefore a technical understanding and experience would be highly advantageous.

    This position would ideally suit a candidate already possessing a solid bank of experience within a similar environment, looking to take the next step in their career.
