A large, fast paced and highly successful Liverpool legal firm seek to recruit a Litigation Executive to join their expanding and exciting small claims department.
You will handle your own caseload of upto 300 litigated small claims (depending upon experience) within the Claimant RTA department, and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the technical issues involved in dealing with a litigated caseload.
You will possess a high level of computer literacy as well as the ability to manage your own administration.
You must also be able to comply with Lexcel service standards, client care and also protocols.
