Due to expansion my client is seeking a number of trainee training assessors to work to high standards and be self-motivated. Training will be given however you MUST have worked in 2 or more of the following jobs:
Business Administration
Customer Service
Management
Retail
Hospitality and Catering
They are also seeking trainee training assessors with a minimum of 2 years work experience within the following areas:
Telesales
Performing Manufacturing Operations (Manufacturing)
Contact Centre
Warehouse & Distribution
Carry & Deliver
Main purpose of job
• To carry out training and assessment of NVQs, for a caseload of learners, in accordance with awarding body requirements including Key Skills at levels I, II.
• To be responsible for initial assessment, sign-up paperwork, induction, training, assessment, retention and achievement for caseload of learners, in line with LSC or other contracts.
• To provide up to date information on progress of learners, undertaking NVQ’s and Key Skills in organisations, in accordance with company procedure.
• To seek opportunities within existing companies to recruit learners onto programmes and promote the service of the company.
• Reporting links: reports to Team Leader Trainers/Assessors.
• Contacts: The post involves liaison with internal: Company Directors, Admin Team, Marketing, and Internal Verifier. External: Learners, customer organisations, Trainers, LSC and awarding bodies.
