Responsible for setting up and operating ¾ or fully Automatic Screen Print Machines including UV and infrared belt drying systems. Responsible for setting up and operating Semi Automatic Screen Print Machine. Responsible for setting up and operating Manual Screen Print Machine (Hand Bed). Responsible for fault finding on, and repairs to, the above machines. Responsible for mixing inks to produce the colours specified, to suit various material types, using the ink mixing system and related computer programmes. Responsible for adjusting inks to produce the colours specified and verifying using colorimeter and light box.
