- Full Description:
Working for a leading financial services organisation, and one of Liverpool’s largest employers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to all existing customers. You will deal with any inbound enquiry with a friendly and courteous telephone manner, and identify the opportunity to cross sell other financial products and services on a purely 'Sell to need' basis.
Candidates must have a proven track record working within a targeted sales environment, with previous call centre experience. You will be highly motivated when working to targets, and most importantly, you will excel in building rapport with all customers.

Current hours available are :
Full time Lates (shift between 11am - 11pm)
Full time early (shift between 7am - 6pm)
