Sales Manager
Our client is a national leading Car Dealership committed to providing customers with unrivalled service. An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Speke dealership for an exceptional, experienced Sales Manager
Duties will be:
·Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction
·Motivate and manage the Car Sales Team
·Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
·Understand the different needs of the Retail and Fleet Sales Team and support them to achieve their objectives
·Manage the team in a hands-on style
The successful applicant will have industry experience, leadership experience and have a high degree of self-motivation. You must have a smart appearance and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Salary is negotiable based on experience with an excellent bonus structure and commission scheme. There are also real opportunities for growth at the company.
